IPIC provides consultative decision support and professional consultation services. Engagements are individualized, and scope, timing, and logistics are discussed in advance so expectations are clear and the work can proceed thoughtfully.
Fees
— Services are billed at an hourly rate of $350 —
— Consultations may take place virtually or in person —
— Local in-person travel is billed at $60/hour —
— Travel outside New York or Colorado is discussed in advance; travel expenses and day rates are agreed upon beforehand —
What IPIC Does — and Does Not Do
IPIC does not provide medical treatment, does not prescribe medications, and does not replace the role of treating clinicians.
Instead, IPIC works alongside patients, families, and professionals to support understanding, communication, and values-aligned decision-making in complex and evolving medical situations.
Availability
At present, IPIC is available to individuals and families located in New York and Colorado, and to professionals and organizations within the United States. Availability for specific engagements is discussed on a case-by-case basis, based on timing and scope.
